Authorized Representative
Article 6 of the EUDR lets non-EU operators appoint an authorized representative to submit and register their DDS. We prepare, submit and register the DDS in your name in the EUDR Information System, and act as your point of contact before the competent authorities. Responsibility for the product’s compliance stays with the operator; our part is that the mandate is executed with technical rigor and on time.

We map your commodities, countries of origin, volume and EU buyer requirements — enough to tell you whether you need an S0 or can go straight to S1.

Risk Score or full diagnostic
Depending on scope, you receive your EUDR exposure assessment in 3–14 days. It includes a PDF with the recommended action plan and a fixed budget for full DDS preparation.

DDS preparation and filing
I compile the geolocation data, supplier documentation and risk-assessment evidence, then register your Due Diligence Statement in the EUDR Information System as authorized representative. You receive the DDRN (Due Diligence Reference Number) for customs clearance.

Continuous monitoring (optional)
Quarterly risk-score updates and an annual DDS update so your compliance does not expire when your first filing does.
Projects typically complete in 3–6 weeks from the first call to the DDRN. I accept a limited number of clients per quarter to maintain delivery quality.
I’m Diego Ahumada, an environmental science and climate change specialist with 8 years of field experience in Latin America. I run Dexffo from Amsterdam, with first-hand knowledge of the origin side in LATAM and of what the EU market and authorities require on the other end of the chain.
My work is technical by design: biodiversity modeling, satellite verification (Sentinel-2, Global Forest Watch), carbon MRV protocols, environmental management plans and ESG. That technical rigor is what makes it possible to build deforestation risk assessments fit for the competent authorities.
The technical assessment and DDS filing I do from Amsterdam. Field data collection — plot coordinates, origin documentation — is carried out by the exporter’s own teams or field partners I coordinate when needed.
Based in Amsterdam, I support LATAM exporters through the whole process, up to the DDS filing.
